SHORT PAPER SUBMISSION

Contributions should be in the form of a short paper of no more than two (2) pages, including a list of references. The contributions should be submitted via the Symposium's electronic submission system (EasyChair), which will be launched shortly.

The papers presented at the symposium will be distributed to the participants under an electronic form. Authors whose papers cannot be published for some reason (patent application, etc.) should notice the program committee when submitting by clicking the relevant item under EasyChair.


GUIDELINES FOR SHORT PAPER SUBMISSION

Necessary information to be submitted through EasyChair (to be launched shortly).

- Title of the short paper
- Authors, affiliation, address, country, email address
- Sessions: select your session (The details of the sessions will be announed.):
  Thematic session A
  Thematic session B
  Thematic session C
  Thematic session D
    * Thematic sessions will be held as oral sessions.
  Standard session (Poster)
  College of technology (高専) session (Poster)
- Topics: select relevant topics.
- Short paper: use the Word template, but please note that the submission must be a PDF file.
- Length of short paper: 2 pages maximum including a list of references.


ORAL PRESENTATION


After you have received the acceptance notification as ORAL presentation, prepare your slides for presentation. The presentation time will be of decided by each session chair. Please check schedule of your session from programee page.




POSTER PRESENTATION


After you have received the acceptance notification as POSTER presentation, prepare your poster.
Maximum size of poster is H/W = 120cm/84cm (A0 size). Please check schedule of your session from programee page.
