1. About posters
- Poster and Demonstration Session is scheduled on 15 November 2012.
- Boards(B1 size 728mm(width)×1030mm(height)) will be available for poster presentation.
- Basically style for poster is free.
- However the title of the paper, the authors and their affiliations should be clearly displayed at the top of the poster.
- Append keywords, technical terms or your mail address to your poster if you need.
- Pins or sticking tape to stick posters will be provided by the committee.
- If you want to show us demonstration using PC or some other machines and require AC power supply, let us know beforehand.
- The poster should be prepared before the poster session and brought by you.
2. About Abstract of Your Presentation
- The abstract of your presentation contains the title, the authors and their affiliations, abstract text and keywords. It should provide a brief summary of the contents of your presentation.
- The abstract should not exceed 1 page. Please download and use the following file.
- Please submit your abstract to 
by e-mail until 2 November 2012.
3. Operating Procedure 
- Poster & Demonstration Session is scheduled on 15 November 2012, Thursday morning from 10:00 to 12:00, two hours.
- It is held at two rooms: the Student Computer Lab and the Gallery: see
Booth Arrangement and Session List.
- Firstly the presenters must check their ID number.
- All the preparation for the poster presentation, putting up the poster at the predetermined location in the rooms and ready for equipment if necessary, must be finished at the time between 9:30 to 10:00 by presenters themselves.
- Presenters must be in front of their poster at a set time: 10:00 to 11:00 for those with odd ID number, 11:00 to 12:00 for those with even ID number (it is for reviewing by professors, thank you for your cooperation).
- After finishing the session at 12:00, all the presenters must pull out the materials just as quickly.
